How download purchased dlc on another ps4

I have searched high and low for a solution to this, so maybe someone here can help. I was able to log in and download the DLC when logged into my account, but when I switch to my wife's account I cannot access them. The songs don't show up as purchased. Did they change it for the PS4 or am I doing something wrong? I've even tried starting the game under my account and then switching users but it just locks up Rocksmith and I have to quit and restart it anyway.

Maybe someone else knows better. At the Sony Website you can sign in and hit the Activate a Device button. If you don't have it activated, you cannot share DLC content with other users. Once you have activated it, you should be all set. If you've already done this, you should probably call Sony to figure out what's wrong.

Idk where the cloud storage option is. I cant remember if the ps3 dlc worked if you bought it on one system but tried to transfer it to another. Wasn't there something to prevent that?
